Product Description
FPZ series corrosion-resistant self-priming PP /PVDF pump is suitable for the transportation of various corrosive media from -40℃ ~ +120℃ (PVDF) and -40℃ ~ +80℃(RPP). It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, smelting, food, film and television processing, water treatment and other industries.
FPZ series corrosion-resistant self-priming PP/PVDF pump:
FPZ pump adopts polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), reinforced polypropylene (RPP) injection molding. PP/PVDF material has the advantages of high mechanical strength, strong corrosion resistance and with self-priming pump structure. Pump chamber is equipped with suction chamber, storage chamber, liquid return check valve, gas-liquid separation chamber, backflow hole. Suction height is up 4meters.
Before starting the pump only for the first, add the liquid into the pump. Later the liquid need not be added into the pump before the pump start. In the suction medium, the liquid can be intermittent. Mechanical seal is without additional cooling water cooling, easy to operate, safe without leakage. FPZ pump is an excellent alternative pump to the submerged pump.
